Casa Ananda

Kenny and Sally invite you to their home on the beautiful Costa Blanca, Spain. Incorporating their therapy clinic and guest accommodation. Come and relax in beautiful, tranquil surroundings where you can do as much or as little as you like.
Casa Ananda is situated above a quiet valley on the edge of the picturesque town of La Nucia in Alicante province.
It is set amidst stunning mountain scenery yet is just a few minutes walk from all amenities including shops, banks and restaurants, and is only eight minutes drive from the coast.

Sally and Kenny offer you bed & breakfast accommodation in an individual guest cottage. The pool-side “cottage” has twin beds, an en-suite shower-room and a sitting area with tea & coffee making facilities. It is also equipped with a fridge, stereo, TV and DVD player.

The daily breakfast varies and may include (home-grown) organic fruit, home-made bread, sprouted wheat bread,  porridge, conserves and fresh juices. Vegetarian meals are available on request.

In the summer months you can cool off in Casa Ananda’s private swimming pool. An alternative, healthy system is installed which provides clean, safe water without the use of chlorine.
You can also enjoy the peacefulness of the large gardens and orchards, where you can sunbathe, meditate in one of the shady areas or simply sit and enjoy the view across the valley.

As a guest you are welcome to book any therapy that is on offer to make your stay more complete.

Sally practises Bio-Ex TM (Bio-cellular medicine) This is a cutting-edge therapy that has its roots in scientific study. Treatments aim to remove from the body the metals, chemicals and parasites that are often the underlying cause of symptoms of ill-health. Advance bookings only.

Sally also teaches private Yoga classes and meditation sessions for one or two persons.
